Accounting for Fixed Effects in Re-Fracturing Using Dynamic Multivariate Regression

The oil and gas (O&G) industry is now as focused on minimizing costs maximizing efficiency just much production. Operators are looking for new cost-effective ways to add profitable assets their portfolio. One such way re-fracture existing wells. There evidence that these wells can be very productive in the Bakken. However, because of factors depletion aging wellbore material, re-fracturing a difficult process implement successfully often have binding constraints surface treating pressure (STP). This study attempts quantify effects completion parameters treatment implementation by constructing dynamic fixed (FE) multivariate regression models.
